Robert Michael Martin, 65, of Mitchell, passed away Wednesday evening at Salem Crossing in Salem.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
Marie C. Stipp – Bedford
Marie C. Stipp, 94, of Bedford, died at 10:12 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2014 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.
Born December 21, 1919 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Leroy and Hester (Chastain) Cave. She married John W. Stipp on March 24, 1940 and he died September 21, 2012. She was a homemaker and attended the First Christian Church in Bedford.
Survivors include a son, Joe Mark Stipp and wife, Brenda, of Louisville, KY; a daughter, Cathy Stipp Forbes of Atlanta, GA; a grandson, John Noel Stipp and wife, Beth, of Chicago, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four sisters and a brother.
Private services are planned. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery. No calling hours are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
