Anee Grace Rodreguez – Bedford
Anne Grace Rodreguez, 91, of Bedford and formerly of Tennessee, passed away at 10:10 a.m. on Friday, October 28, 2011 at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford.
Born June 30, 1920, in Beech Bluff, TN., she was the daughter of William Virgil and Myrtle (Stokes) Barnes. She married Jose (Rual) Rodreguez and he survives.
She was a missionary serving in Central and South America and had been a church secretary in New Orleans. While in New Orleans, she had a 50-minute radio ministry program for the Spanish speaking population.
Survivors include, her husband Rual, of Bedford; a brother, Clifford Barnes and wife, Mary Lou, of Bedford; a sister, Ola Mae Lamb, of Memphis, TN.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and four sisters.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1st at Beech Bluff Cemetery in Jackson, TN. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Carter Mortuary.
