Mary Esther Craig – Bedford
Mary Esther Craig of Bedford passed away on Monday, January 17th at the age of 82. Born in 1928 to Findley and Hattie Gyger, she had been married to Donald Craig since 1947 and was an active member of the Englewood Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband; one son, Ronald Craig and his wife Leesa; one daughter-in-law, Martha Craig; one sister, June Ballard; as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Michael Craig; one sister, Ida Pauline Davis and one brother, Robert Gyger. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, January 20th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM on Wednesday, January 19th and from 9:00AM until the hour of service on Thursday at Day & Carter Mortuary.
