Donald Eugene Nicholson – Bedford
Donald Eugene Nicholson of Bedford passed away on Sunday, May 30th at the age of 62. Born in 1947 in Bedford to Otis Nicholson and Frances Nicholson, she had been married to Kyu Son Cho since 1969, worked in the U.S. Army, at NWSC Crane, was a graduate of Oolitic High School and was of protestant faith. He is survived by his wife; one son, Donald Nicholson Jr.; one daughter, Nancy Nicholson; three brothers, Jim Nicholson, John Nicholson and Harold Nicholson; two sisters, Frances Barrett and Betty Jo East; as well as one half-sister, Beulah Helton and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Claude Nicholson and Melvin Nicholson; as well as four half-brothers, Bob, Bill, Frank and Otie. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, June 7th at Dive Christian Church with burial to follow in Dive Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 6:00PM on Sunday, June 6th at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home. Military rites will be accorded graveside by members of the American Legion Gillen Post #33.
