Norma Jean Skaggs – Mitchell
Norma Jean Skaggs of Mitchell, formerly of Cambellsburg, Kentucky passed away Tuesday evening, June 1st at her residence at the age of 83. Born in 1926 in Oblong, Illinois to Dewey Melton and Rochelle Skaggs, she was a homemaker and was a member of the Cambellsville, Kentucky Methodist Church. She is survived by one son, John Wooden and his wife Regina; one daughter, Georgianna Andresen and her husband Steve; one sister, Pat Haase and one brother, Tim Skaggs; as well as several grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands John Wooden, Paul Echterling, Fred Kelley, Bill Walthers and Clifften Skaggs. Cremation was chosen and there will be no visitation.
