Michael D. Frazier of Heltonville passed away Monday afternoon at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 47.
Born in 1963 in Kentucky to parents Ralph and Phyllis (Jones) Frazier, he had been a fork lift driver with Indiana Limestone for 15 years and was a member of the Eagles Aerie #654, Millworkers Union, Local #8093.
He is survived by three sons, Michael Frazier, Mathew Frazier and Harley Frazier; one daughter, Stomi Frazier; two brothers, Rick Frazier and his wife Sophia, Randy Frazier; two sisters, Carol Frazier and Lisa Hughes and her husband Ronnie.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 19th at 2:00PM at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM on Thursday, February 18th at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home.
