Noble C. Reynolds of Mitchell, formerly of Oolitic, passed away Thursday at Bedford Regional Medical Center at the age of 84.
Born in 1923 in Lawrence County to James and Minnie Reynolds, Noble was a retired crane operator for NSWC Crane, worked for Howard Crulo Trucking in Avoca and was a member of the Men’s Auxiliary of VFW Post 1686 in Oolitic.
He is survived by his sons Brian, Ronnie and Darrel, daughters Karen, Rachel and Carolyn, sisters Lina, Dolly, Dorothy and Ruby, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Lois, sisters Juanita, Mildred, Marie and Josephine, and brothers Sparkie, George, James and Arlie.
Services will be held this afternoon at 1:00pm at Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Patton Hill Cemetery.
