Laura Ellen Boone of Bedford passed away Friday at White River Lodge in Bedford at the age of 79.
Born in 1928 in Spice Valley Township to Earl and Dora Dumond, Laura was a housewife and worked at Travelers in Orleans and M. Fine & Sons in Bedford and was a member of Fairview Church of Christ in Huron.
She is survived by her sons William and Michael, 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband William, son Clifford, brother Franklin and sisters Ida and Mary Alice.
Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:00pm at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow at Port William Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 4:00 until 8:00pm at Ferguson-Lee.
