Juanita J. Turner of Bedford passed away Saturday morning at St. Francis Select Hospital in Beech Grove at the age of 85.
Born in 1922 in Lawrence County to Perry and Mary May, Juanita worked for RCA in Bloomington and Central Foundry in Bedford and was a member of Gullets Creek Baptist Church in Needmore.
She is survived by her sons Rickie and Kenny, daughters Karen and Marsha, brother Bernard, half-sister Helen, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Maynard, brothers John and Claude, and granddaughter Paula.
Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 at the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow at Clover Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be tonight from 4:00 until 8:00pm at Day & Carter.
