Hazel Marie Wedgewood of Mitchell passed away Sunday afternoon at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 91.
Born in 1916 in Lawrence County to William and Lula Stevens, Hazel was a homemaker and member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons Donald, Butch and Michael, daughters Bonnie and Ann, sister Gladys, and 10 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Rayburn, brother William Jr., and sister Katherine.
Services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:00pm at the Haverly Chapel of Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Mitchell with burial to follow at Mitchell Cemetery.
No visitation has been scheduled.
