City Of Bedford Reports $1.3 Million In New Residential Construction In October

(BEDFORD) – The City of Bedford Planning Department released a monthly report for the month of October. The report shows more than $1.3 million in new residential construction for the period.

Indiana Landmark is renovating the former Goff Refrigeration building located at 1018 16th Street

In addition, the planning department issued around $358,000 in commercial permits that included inspections. Of those permits, $150,000 in electrical work was done at Walmart and a $200,000 remodeling project was performed at the old Goff Refrigeration building at 1018 16th Street. The building is now owned by Indiana Landmarks.

Burkes Outlet will open this Friday in Bedford

In addition, the Planning Department issued a certificate of occupancy for the Burkes Outlet store that will be opening on Friday.
