Police say the child was with several adults and ran towards the road but was stopped. The child did not have a black eye, he had on Halloween make-up on his face

  • 4:30 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated driver in a blue Chevrolet on State Road 37 and Stevens Lane
  • 4:34 p.m. Report of illegal burning in the 80 block of Juliet Lane

  • 4:36 p.m. Warrant service at the Sheriff’s Department
  • 4:59 p.m. Medical emergency in the 3740 block of State Road 37 at the Crest Motel. A person was having trouble breathing

  • 5:06 p.m. A female reported she came home to a trailer she was renting in the 4370 block of Stonington Road and found the power off, driveway blocked and front door broken

  • 5:25 p.m. Report of a fire in the 2970 block of Old State Road 37. The fire was in a sinkhole and was extinguished
