(MITCHELL) – Bill and Debbie Arthur, Kevin and Malinda Powell and Eugene and Vicki Terrell are the winners of the Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce 2019 Holiday Lighting Contest.
Also participating were Bill Mullis, Kevin Pemberton, Gary Rayhill, and Michael and Ashley Teague.
Chamber officials want to thank everyone who participated in the 2019 Holiday Lighting Contest.
