(LIMON, CO.) – The body of a missing Solsberry man was found this weekend in Limon, Colorado.
Authorities say evidence at the scene indicated that 62-year-old Danny Carpenter may have been in the area for about two weeks. He was found inside his 2012 Ford F-250.
Carpenter went missing in mid-October. He was last seen at his home on Macy Hollow Road. He suffered from several medical conditions and depression. The initial investigation indicates Carpenter took his own life.
Carpenter’s sister Cindy shared that he was a kind man but was reserved and kept to himself.
The Greene County Sheriffs Department is working closely with Colorado authorities.
An autopsy was performed on Sunday.
