Nellie Alberta Bright of Bedford passed away Saturday morning at Garden Villa Nursing Home at the age of 91.
Born in 1916 in Paris, Illinois to Erwin and Minnie Lysinger, Nellie was a retiree of Wells Shop in Bedford, member of First Christian Church, Pink Lady volunteer at Dunn Hospital, and former member of the Hiking Club in Bedford and Lydia Group at the church.
She is survived by her daughter Janice, son Charles Jr, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Sr, 1 brother and 5 sisters.
Services will be held tomorrow morning at 11:00am at the First Christian Church in Bedford with burial to follow at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be tonight from 5:00 until 8:00pm at Day & Carter and again tomorrow from 10:00am until time of service at the church.
