Jason Robert Hatcher, 46, of Bedford, died on Sunday, November 1,2026 at his residence.
Born October 13, 1980, in Columbus, IN, he was the son of Dennis and Tammy (Davis) Hatcher. He was self-employed, working in floor covering. He enjoyed watching UFC matches and collecting UFC trading cards. Jason also enjoyed growing plants, BMX Bikes, and fishing.
Survivors include his children: Lexi (Skyler Johnson) Hatcher, and Brayton (Brooklyn Breeden) Hatcher; his father, Dennis Hatcher; a sister, Mandy (Mike) Blunk; three grandchildren: Maverick, Mason, and Maelynn; nieces and nephews: Josh (Kate) Blunk, Jaden Chase, Joey (Bree Underwood) Blunk, Konner (Savannah) McFall, Kolyn Blunk, and Maddy Blunk; grandparents, Jan and Pat Muench; several aunts, uncles,
and cousins; and his dogs: Buddy and Peanut.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Hatcher.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 9th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Shannon Benham officiating. Burial will follow in the Judah Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Monday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
