MITCHELL — The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will convene for a special session on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, to address key administrative and personnel matters.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Community Schools Central Office, located at 441 North 8th Street in Mitchell.
According to the official notice issued by Board President Krystal Shetler, the board will consider two main agenda items:
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: Approval of the collective bargaining agreement between Mitchell Community Schools and the Mitchell Education Association.
- Superintendent Contract: Approval of an extension for the superintendent’s contract.
The current members of the Board of Trustees serving the district include President Krystal Shetler, Chris Shaw, Patrick Redman, Steve Burton, and Kyle Endris.
