MITCHELL — To mark Library Card Sign-Up Month this September, the Mitchell Community Public Library is partnering with several local eateries to offer exclusive discounts and free perks to library cardholders throughout the entire month.
During the month of September, residents who present their Mitchell Evergreen Library card at participating local businesses can unlock a variety of savings on meals, drinks, and treats:
- Great Wall Chinese Restaurant: 10% off your order.
- El Compadre Mexican Restaurant: 10% off your order.
- Bubble Tea Barn: 10% off one drink.
- Papa John’s (Mitchell location): 30% off large pizzas (excludes stuffed crust).
- Wendy’s: Free Junior Frosty.
Signing up for a library card is completely free for Mitchell residents. To register, community members need to visit the library with a valid photo ID and proof of address, such as a piece of mail.
Discounts are reserved exclusively for Mitchell Library cardholders, limited to one offer per household per day, and are valid from September 1 through September 30, 2026.
