Jeana Cox, 79, of Bedford, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2026, at her residence.
Born July 29, 1947, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Haskell “Doc” and Wilma (Johnson) Webster. Jeana worked at GE and RCA in Bloomington.
Jeana and her mom lived on the farm, planted a garden every year, did lots of canning, made quilts, and did lots of other crafts.
Jeana is survived by four sisters, Gloria Skeen and Wanda Piper, both of Leesburg, Florida, Linda Miller and her husband Steve of North Salem, Indiana, and Iris Sego and her husband Ernest of MaComb, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Roger Webster.
Following Jeana’s wishes, cremation was chosen. No services are scheduled at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jeana’s memory to Hope Resource Center or Becky’s Place in Bedford.
