OCCF awards $1,000 grant to Pride of Paoli Band Boosters

PAOLI — The Orange County Community Foundation has awarded a $1,000 grant to the Pride of Paoli Band Boosters as part of its annual OCCF Unrestricted Grant Cycle.

The funding will help the band purchase materials to build props that can be used for multiple years of marching band shows and Winter Guard performances, providing a lasting investment in the program and its students.

The Pride of Paoli had plenty to celebrate in 2025 after being crowned state champions, but the value of the program extends far beyond competition and awards.

Through marching band and Winter Guard, students have the opportunity to develop friendships, discipline, teamwork and creativity, while creating memories and learning skills that can stay with them long after their time on the field comes to an end.

The OCCF said it is proud to support the Pride of Paoli and invest in experiences that give Orange County students opportunities to grow, create and build lasting memories.

The grant also demonstrates how community support can help local youth programs continue to grow while providing students with meaningful experiences both inside and outside of the classroom.

For the Pride of Paoli, the new materials will not simply support one performance. Because the props can be reused for future productions, the grant will help benefit students and performances for years to come.
