SEYMOUR — Deborah Mann, Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Schneck Medical Center, has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s prestigious “Rural Hospital CFOs to Know” list for 2026.
According to Becker’s Hospital Review, the national publication’s annual list highlights financial leaders whose expertise, innovation, and strategic stewardship help rural hospitals navigate complex industry challenges. The honored CFOs are recognized for keeping rural health systems financially strong and sustainable, ensuring communities retain access to high-quality healthcare close to home.
Mann’s trajectory at the Seymour-based hospital spans more than three decades. She first joined Schneck in 1994 as a staff accountant. Over the years, she steadily advanced through key leadership positions—including Director of Accounting, Controller, and Vice President of Fiscal Services—before being appointed to her current role as Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to joining Schneck, she spent six years in public accounting as a senior accountant.
Local healthcare leadership praised Mann’s ongoing contributions to the hospital system and the region.
