BEDFORD — The Lawrence County Commissioners have officially passed a resolution to sell two county-owned real estate properties via public auction.
The decision clears the way for the disposition of a former school site in Huron at 90 Hill Street, and a multi-acre parcel situated adjacent to the Virgil I. Grissom Municipal Airport at 1325 Sunny Acres Drive.
Local firm Kinser Auction Service has been retained to conduct the sale, charging a commission rate of 4% of the gross amount received for the properties.
