BEDFORD – The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce is preparing to celebrate a milestone this summer as it hosts its 110th Annual Chamber Dinner and Awards on Thursday, Aug. 20, at the Lawrence County 4-H Fairgrounds Expo Hall.
The Chamber’s signature event of the year will begin with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, a keynote presentation and the presentation of the 2026 Annual Chamber Awards. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a 50/50 drawing and bid on deluxe raffle baskets.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Bedford native Dr. Joe Spires, a local endodontist, entrepreneur, and professional bodybuilder. Spires will discuss the motivation behind his success and share his perspective on how physical fitness serves as a foundation for mental and emotional well-being.
The Chamber is also seeking sponsors for the annual event. Platinum sponsorships are available for $1,000 and include two tables of eight guests along with sponsor recognition. Gold sponsorships are available for $600 and include one table of eight with recognition. Individual tickets are $40 for Chamber members and $50 for non-members.
