Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority plan to file a revised 2026 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development

INDIANA – Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA) and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) plan to file a revised 2026 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development (“2026 Action Plan”), which focuses on rural areas, with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on August 10, 2026.

Public comment on the revised Draft 2026 Action Plan will be accepted from July 6 through August 5. The Draft 2026 Annual Action Plan will be available online beginning July 6, 2026, on the OCRA website and the IHCDA website. 

Two public hearings will be held to present the Draft Plan and funding allocations on July 17 from 12 to 1 p.m. ET and 4 to 5 p.m. ET through Zoom.
