INDIANAPOLIS – Celebrating 40 years of strengthening Hoosier communities, Prosperity Indiana announced the recipients of its prestigious annual awards during the 2026 Prosperity Indiana Summit.

These peer-nominated awards honor exceptional individuals and programs dedicated to advancing affordable housing, economic opportunity, and long-term community development across the state.
The 2026 award recipients include:
Policy & Advocacy Award
Recipient: Amy Nelson, Executive Director of the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana.

Key Award for Supportive Services Program of the Year
Recipient: Justice Impacted Program, Televerde Foundation.

Robert O. Zdenek Staff Member of the Year Award
Recipient: Eric Ogle, Fund Manager, Brightpoint Development Fund.

John Niederman Rural Development Award
Recipient: Lorri Cox, Executive Director, Affordable Housing Community Development Corporation of Grant County.


Michael Carroll Community Economic Development Leadership Award
Recipient: Steve Hoffman, President and CEO of Brightpoint.
