CROWN POINT – The Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable (NWIBRT) is pleased to announce the election of its 2026 Executive Committee officers.
The organization’s board leadership team represents a broad cross-section of industries dedicated to advancing safety, workforce development, and operational excellence throughout Northwest Indiana’s construction and industrial sectors.
NWIBRT’s 2026 Executive Committee officers are:
- Chair — Robert Joseph, ArcelorMittal USA Research
- Vice Chair — Adam Fauth, NIPSCO
- Treasurer — Jacob Lenson, Purdue University Northwest
- Secretary — Dewey Pearman, Construction Advancement Foundation
- Executive Director — Andrea Pearman
“This group brings a strong combination of experience and perspective to NWIBRT’s mission,” said Joseph. “Their involvement will help strengthen connections across the region’s industrial and construction community and support continued progress throughout the region.”
The Executive Committee provides strategic leadership and guidance for NWIBRT, bringing together expertise from a range of industrial partners. Throughout the year, NWIBRT hosts several programs and events designed to support professional development, safety awareness, and industrial collaboration. These include safety training programs, networking events, educational workshops, and recognition ceremonies.
