Margaret “Esther” Brock, 84, of Williams, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026, at 4:00 am at Belle’s Place. Born June 12, 1941, she was the daughter of Glen and Pearl (Cundiff) Gaither. She married Willie D. Brock on December 24, 1959, and he preceded her in death on December 7, 1992.
Esther was a high school graduate and attended college. She worked for Ford for 15 years and was a homemaker. Esther was a member of the Silverville Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving to cherish Esther’s memory are her children, William “Bill” (Stella) Brock and Jack (Jennifer) Brock; grandchildren, John (Jennifer) Norris, Bobbie (Caleb) Clower, Willie (Sydney) Brock, Landon (Kearston) Brock, Korey (Sara) Brock, and Whitley (Patrick) Bilek; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Pearl Gaither; husband, Willie; one daughter, René Brock; one son, David Brock; two brothers, John Gaither and David Gaither; and two sisters, Helen Tincher and Jacqueline Sims.
Funeral Services for Margaret “Esther” Brock will be held at Fayetteville Baptist Church, 5485 State Road 158, in Bedford, on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 1:00 pm, with Pastors Kenny Walden and Brady New officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. Pleasant Silverville Cemetery, State Highway 158.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at Fayetteville Baptist Church.
