ORLEANS — The 56th Annual Orleans Dogwood Festival is set to conclude with a burst of color and music this Saturday, April 25, as organizers announce two major featured acts for the 2026 parade.

The world-famous Circle City Sidewalk Stompers Clown Band of Indianapolis will return to Orleans to delight spectators with their signature high-energy brass music and comedic choreography. Fans won’t have to wait for the procession to catch them; the band is scheduled to perform a special pre-parade show at the Main Stage downtown starting at 1:00 p.m.
A Rolling Celebration of Indiana
Joining the lineup this year is a unique guest appearance from “ISFA 1,” the award-winning promotional vehicle for the Indiana State Festival Association.

The 26½-foot step van serves as a traveling billboard for the state’s culture, featuring:
- Custom Visuals: A colorful wrap showcasing the 2026 Indiana Festival Guide and highlighting over 70 fairs and festivals across the state.
- Immersive Audio: A 61-minute custom soundtrack of fanfares, patriotic medleys, and Hoosier musical selections.
- Special Effects: A custom light package and dual bubble machines capable of producing over 6,000 bubbles per minute, adding a whimsical touch to the parade route.
Parade Details & “America 250” Theme
The hometown parade officially kicks off at 2:00 p.m., traveling down Maple Street (SR 37 S.) through the historic downtown district. This year’s theme, “Celebrating America 250: 1776–2026,” aligns the festival with national celebrations of the United States’ semiquincentennial.
