LAWRENCE COUNTY — The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for corrections officers and is encouraging qualified individuals to apply.
Starting pay for the position is $19.11 per hour, plus 15 to 17 paid holidays per year, with annual earnings exceeding $42,000. Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, holding a high school diploma or GED, possessing a valid driver’s license, and passing a background check and drug test.
