MEDORA – Rumpke Waste & Recycling will suspend trash and recycling collection on Monday, Jan. 26 for customers throughout southern Indiana.
Residents with Monday collection will be serviced next Monday, Feb. 2. Rumpke will collect additional material at that time.
“We don’t take the decision to suspend services lightly,” said Eric Curtis, region vice president, Rumpke. “However, we must put the safety of our team members, customers and the motoring public first. We will continue to monitor road conditions throughout the week and share any additional service adjustments as needed.”
Additionally, Rumpke’s Medora Landfill and Recycling Facility will be closed to the public on Monday, Jan. 26.
