BEDFORD — City of Bedford offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, officials announced this week.
The closure includes all municipal departments, and TASC buses will not operate on either day.
Residents should note several temporary adjustments to trash and recycling pickup. Thursday trash routes will be collected on Saturday, Nov. 29. Special assistance, rear-loader routes and recycling normally scheduled for Thursday will be picked up Monday, Dec. 1. Friday trash routes will run on their regular schedule on Nov. 28, while special assistance, rear-loader and recycling pickups will shift to Tuesday, Dec. 2.
City leaders thanked residents for their flexibility and wished the community a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
