LOOGOOTEE – The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth has announced it will host a specialized half-day business workshop to improve local hiring and retention strategies.

The session, titled “Hiring for Purpose, Build for Growth,” is scheduled for Monday, December 1st, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Bowling Manufacturing Building.

The workshop will be led by Executive Coach Brent Rasche of Focal Point and will equip businesses with actionable steps for building a strong, purpose-driven team.
Topics covered during the intensive session will include:
- Purpose-driven hiring
- Defining and embedding core values
- Crafting effective job profiles
- Integrating values into the entire employee journey
- Action planning
- Strategies for retaining new hires
The cost to attend the workshop is $40 per participant. Due to the session’s focused nature, only 16 seats are available.
