FRENCH LICK – Area residents are invited to a free Family Dinner Project program designed to promote healthy family meals and provide tips for using a slow cooker. The event is a collaboration with Purdue University Extension Orange County and will be held at the Melton Public Library.

Sharing a meal is emphasized as being beneficial for the spirit, the brain, and the health of all family members. Attendees will get to enjoy a healthy crockpot meal and learn about the goals of the Family Dinner Project.
