White River Humane Society seeks volunteer drivers to help animals reach care

BEDFORD — The White River Humane Society is seeking volunteer drivers to transport shelter animals to veterinary appointments and to partner rescues.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, hold a good driving record, and be available to assist with transportation. The shelter provides the vehicle and covers travel costs.

Children ages 12 and older may volunteer alongside a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers will receive training and operational guidelines to ensure safety for themselves, staff, animals, and visitors.
