BEDFORD — A community vigil to honor Charlie Kirk and his work will be held on Saturday, October 18, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds.

Organized by Lisa Dalton, Dorenia McIntosh, and Angie Hall, the event aims to unite the community, honor Kirk’s legacy, and promote compassion and peace. The gathering will take place indoors in the Expo Hall.

The vigil will feature several community leaders, including:

“We need to honor Charlie and all his work, unite as a community, and bring peace to our hearts,” said Lisa Dalton. “The Bible tells us to ‘Love thy neighbor,’ and we need to get back to this. Show some compassionate love to all.”
