BLOOMINGTON – Beacon is Bloomington’s largest homelessness nonprofit and a vital advocate for dignity, equity, and justice in our community. Through the Shalom Center and a range of support services, Beacon works daily to reduce hunger, poverty, and homelessness while empowering individuals to rebuild their lives.
On Wednesday, October 30, Beacon will host the Halloween Bash — a festive evening of dining, dancing, and community connection. The night will feature DJ Spikes, a spooky photo booth, and a costume contest with prizes. Costumes are encouraged (and required for the contest), but not mandatory for attendance.
Homelessness is one of the most pressing issues facing Bloomington. By supporting Beacon, we help ensure that our neighbors have access to food, shelter, and the resources they need to thrive.
