GREENE CO.—The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man, Jeffrey Gibson, 53, who was last heard from on September 14, 2025.
Gibson, a 53-year-old white male, is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds.
Gibson was last seen at his southern Greene County residence on September 13, 2025. At that time, he was reportedly en route to Bloomington, IN.
The last contact with Gibson was a text message sent to a friend on September 14, 2025, stating he planned to travel to Indianapolis. He has not been heard from since.
Authorities urge anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jeffrey Gibson to immediately contact the Greene County Sheriff’s Office at 812-384-4411, extension 1.
