BLOOMINGTON — Mays Greenhouse is set to celebrate its 60th anniversary with a milestone Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 21, from noon to 5 p.m., at its location at 6280 S. Old State Road 37 in Bloomington. The community is invited to enjoy a day of shopping, food, music, and fall traditions.

The family-owned greenhouse, which has been part of Bloomington since 1965, offers a full range of outdoor products to enhance your backyard space or garden. You can visit Mays’ website here to view their lineup of plants, handmade Amish furniture, bird feeders, mulch, and so much more!
The Fall Festival will feature over 20 local vendors, several food trucks, and music provided in partnership with Southern Indiana’s Classic Hits 105.5 WQRK and 102.5 LiteFM.
“We are excited for the community to come celebrate our 60th anniversary with us. We will have food, music, and plenty of shopping,” said Mays Greenhouse representative Emma Robinette, “we wanted this to be a community-driven event to say thanks for 60 years, so there wasn’t a vendor fee to participate in the festival.”
Adding to the festivities, Mays will debut its first-ever merchandise collection, including a special 60-Year Edition T-shirt designed by longtime employee Eva Bland. Bland, who joined the greenhouse team at just 15 years old, helped create the commemorative design as a nod to Mays’ six decades of serving the community.
Festivalgoers will also find plenty of seasonal favorites throughout the greenhouse, from colorful mums and fresh pumpkins to fall flowers and décor.
