BEDFORD — Little Theatre of Bedford will hold open auditions for “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” on Friday, Sept. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 13, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Thornton Park Pavilion in Bedford.
All ages are welcome. The production seeks 10 adults or teens and 17 children, plus several extras, for roles in the holiday comedy. Auditioners may prepare in advance, but it is not required; candidates will read excerpts from the script in small groups. Those unable to read may recite a poem or tell a story.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair to the auditions.
Rehearsals begin Sept. 29 and will run Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays through the fall. Performances open Dec. 4.
