COLUMBUS – Caregivers in the community are invited to attend a free workshop next month designed to help them manage stress and enhance their well-being. Thrive Alliance will host “Managing Caregiver Stress” as part of its “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” series.

This program aims to equip family caregivers with practical self-care strategies and techniques to promote relaxation and reduce the daily stresses associated with their vital role.
The workshop is scheduled for Monday, August 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event will take place in the second-floor conference room at the Doug Otto United Way Center, located at 13th Street in Columbus.
