BEDFORD— Golfers across Lawrence County are invited to tee off for a cause at the 6th Annual “Fore the Kids” Golf Scramble on Saturday, August 23. The event begins at 8 a.m. at Stonecrest Golf Course, located at 727 Bennett Road in Bedford.
Hosted to benefit Agape Kids House, a transition home for emergency foster care, the scramble raises funds to support children in critical situations.

Registration is $60 per individual or $240 per team of four. Payment is required at the time of registration and can be made via cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal.
There will also be a putting contest at 7:30 a.m. The winner will win a $100 cash prize.
Participants who register by July 20 will receive an exclusive early registration T-shirt. Lunch will be provided by 812 BBQ.
Golfers can sign up using a Google Form accessible via the QR code on the official event flyer or by contacting organizers directly at agapekidshouse@gmail.com.
Proceeds from the event will help provide emergency shelter and care for foster children in Lawrence County.
