Odon begins flood cleanup efforts after heavy rains

ODON – The Town of Odon is actively engaged in cleanup operations today following recent heavy rainfall that caused significant flooding.

To assist residents with debris removal, the town has placed two dumpsters behind the Odon Fire Department. These are available for community use as part of the cleanup efforts.

The Odon Town Hall is currently compiling information on all affected households. This data is crucial for the town to assess the full extent of the impact and access potential emergency aid. Residents who have been affected by the flooding and have not yet contacted Town Hall with their address are urged to do so promptly.

Authorities also issued a reminder to motorists: do not drive on flooded roads. Water depths can be deceptive and present significant dangers to vehicles and occupants.
