BLOOMINGTON– The Monroe County Fair Queen and Princess Contest brought elegance, poise, and pageantry to the fairgrounds on Saturday, June 28, as young women from across the county competed for a place in the 2025 Royal Court.
Laura Carnegie was crowned the 2025 Monroe County Fair Queen, earning the top honor in a field of accomplished contestants. Molly Zike captured the title of Princess.

Reese Oliver was named first runner-up, and Charlie Smith was awarded second runner-up in the Queen division. Smith also received the Miss Congeniality title, as voted by her fellow contestants.
In the Princess division, Tylar Campbell was recognized with the Miss Congeniality award.
Brianna Galyan received the title of Miss Social Media for her standout online presence and community engagement.

The annual contest highlights leadership, communication skills, and community involvement. Winners will represent Monroe County throughout fair week and at public events throughout the year. Carnegie will go on to represent Monroe County at the Indiana State Fair Queen Pageant in Indianapolis next January.
