The Social Security Administration is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Ticket to Work program, a voluntary employment support initiative that has helped thousands of people with disabilities achieve financial independence.
Since launching in 1999, the program has connected beneficiaries with free employment services, job training, vocational rehab, and continued health care coverage while they transition back into the workforce.
Eligible participants receive a “ticket” that they can use with authorized providers to access career development support at no cost. Visit Home | Choose Work! – Ticket to Work – Social Security for more.
