BLOOMINGTON– Employers, educators, and workforce leaders are invited to “The Talent Bridge: Empowering Workforce Growth at Every Level,” a solutions-focused event designed to address current workforce challenges and opportunities. The half-day event will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Monroe Convention Center.
This event aims to provide practical strategies for engaging with schools, developing meaningful internship programs, and upskilling talent across all career stages. Attendees will participate in interactive breakout sessions and benefit from a keynote presentation by Dr. Carolyn Goerner of Indiana University, who will speak on the topic of leading multi-generational teams. The goal is for participants to gain actionable tools to strengthen their talent pipelines and improve team communication.
