WESTGATE@CRANE TECHNOLOGY PARK – Regional Opportunity Initiatives (ROI) is providing free summer soldering certification training opportunities for high school students and military-affiliated adults. This hands-on training will be conducted at the Microelectronics Training Hub located within WestGate@Crane Technology Park.

High school students can participate in the Soldering Camp from June 23 to June 27. A separate session for military members, veterans, and their spouses is scheduled from July 21 to July 25.
Participants in both programs will earn the IPC J-STD-001 certification. This industry-recognized credential is designed to open doors to career opportunities in growing sectors such as microelectronics, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
