BLOOMINGTON—The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic volunteers aged 16 and older to assist with its upcoming community event, “Escape from Oz.” This immersive experience promises participants a journey down the Yellow Brick Road, and volunteers are crucial to its success.

“Escape from Oz” will require volunteers to assist groups as they navigate various challenges and events. Duties will include setting up and resetting challenges between groups, managing group check-ins, and generally helping with all aspects of the event to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
No prior experience is necessary, as on-site training will be provided to all volunteers. Those interested in lending a hand will meet at the Woodlawn Shelter at Bryan Park, located at 990 S. Woodlawn Ave, Bloomington, IN 47401.
Volunteers under 18 are welcome but must have an Underage Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or guardian. The digital waiver can be accessed here.
