Five arrested in Paoli narcotics bust

PAOLI – Five individuals were arrested Saturday, May 24, in Paoli following a narcotics investigation that led to the seizure of methamphetamine and prescription medications.

Narcotics officers with the Paoli Police Department initiated the investigation based on credible information gathered through a series of interviews concerning the suspected illegal sale of narcotics within the town limits. This information allowed officers to establish probable cause and secure a search warrant for a residence in Paoli.

Upon executing the warrant, officers conducted a thorough search of the residence. The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately 20 grams of suspected methamphetamine, an unlawful quantity of prescription medications, and multiple items consistent with the distribution and sale of controlled substances.

As a result of the investigation and subsequent search, five individuals were taken into custody from the residence and are facing various narcotics-related charges. They were identified as 60-year-old James Boswell, 37-year-old Donna Boswell, 36-year-old Justin Boswell, 51-year-old Daniel King, and 43-year-old Sandra Huff.

The Paoli Police Department stated that this investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may follow pending further analysis and review by the Orange County Prosecutor’s Office.

The department expressed its commitment to addressing drug-related activity in the community and thanked residents for their continued support and cooperation.

Those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
