MONTGOMERY—Daviess Community Hospital is providing a convenient and affordable opportunity for young athletes to get ready for the upcoming school sports season. The hospital will offer sports physicals for just $20 on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the DCH Montgomery Medical Clinic, located at 542 North 3rd Street in Montgomery.
These low-cost physicals are designed to meet the requirements for student participation in school athletics for the 2025–2026 academic year. The physicals will be available between 8:10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Appointments are required for the sports physicals. Parents and guardians can schedule an appointment by calling 812-486-2842. This is an excellent opportunity for families to ensure their student-athletes are cleared to participate in their chosen sports for the upcoming school year.
