Becky’s Place in need of bottled water, provides update on donation needs

BEDFORDBecky’s Place, a local organization supporting women and children, has announced a current need for bottled water to supplement their families.

In a recent message, Becky’s Place expressed their gratitude for ongoing community support and highlighted a specific request for cases of bottled water.

The organization also provided an update on items currently being accepted at their donation shed:

Currently Accepting:

  • All seasonal clothing items
  • Only new car seats with tags
  • Only new cribs that meet safety standards
  • Very small toddler bed frames
  • Twin-size sheet sets
  • New pillows and pillowcases
  • Slightly used blankets
  • Leggings and hoodies
  • New towels and washcloths
  • Alarm clocks
  • Trash bags (at least 39″)
  • Freezer bags
  • Bottled water
  • Paper towels
  • Toilet paper
  • Individual-size hand lotions
  • Sunscreen
  • Tylenol
  • Tums
  • Plastic shoe boxes with lids

Becky’s Place reminds the community that if the donation shed is full, items should not be left outside, as they cannot be protected from the elements.
